Okay I may be a bit slow on this achievement, but I just seemed to have horrible luck on finding a good pug Naxx-25 run on Vashj-US. My current guild, Circle of Tyranny, currently doesn’t have enough level 80’s who are geared, skilled enough, and can all show up at the same time in order to do a non-pug Naxx-25 run. I started off when WOTLK got released and I got myself geared enough out of heroics/Naxx-10 trying to run with a previous Vashj-US guild named Deviant Behavior, but they always seemed to never succeed at completing their Naxx-25 raids. I went about a handful of times on their guild runs of Naxx-25 and every time I’d go there always seemed to be so many issues within their guild at organizing the raid in a timely fashion and having enough skilled players to complete Naxx-25. I’d spend 6 hours or more there and still not even get to step foot inside Saph’s quarters ending the night with one or two pieces of loot, some Badges of Valor, and a big repair bill. After about the fourth of fifth time of running Naxx-25 with them and still not getting my achievement I decided to just give up and stop going. I took a break from trying to pug Naxx-25 and instead just started leveling one of my Alts and coming on my Druid just to do things with my guild, such as Naxx-10 and heroics or the occasional VOA or OS pugs.

Well, recently I got the itch again to go back and get myself geared from Naxx-25 and to get my achievement that I’ve been missing from there. A guildmate of mine got invited to join a Vashj-US guild named Envy on a Naxx-25 guild run and offered me to go with him. After finding out they only had one other Druid in the raid and one Rogue and that I’d be the only Boomkin I decided I’d give it a try. At the worst I’ll walk away with a couple Badges of Valor, no achievement, and repair bill. Well, six hours later I came walking out with a piece of Tier gear, an awesome Hit trinket, an off-spec Resto chestpiece, and a pair of off-spec Feral gloves. Not only that but, I walked out with my achievement and several Badges of Valor. Awesome! Finally a non-fail pug of Naxx-25! I definately will be more willing to go again with Envy if they ever invite me back. I would really like to get my Feral spec geared out a bit more.

Heroic: The Fall of Naxxramas

Now, to find myself a Maly-10 or Maly-25 guild run to join in on. I’m now itching to get that quest completed and see Maly eat dirt.

Alright I know people hate advertisements, but I have to do it. Anyway, everytime you click the banner below and sign up you earn me some Game Fuel points to use. Finally, Emalon has challenged this Bear and got fed his face on the ground! I have successfully tanked Emalon for the first time on VOA-10 and downed him the second attempt. Tonight with Circle of Tyranny and a pug Druid OT and a couple pug DPS we killed Emalon in VOA-10. Our first attempt a couple Melee DPS ran over by both Healers during one of Emalon’s novas and were too slow to run back up to him afterwards and got a chain lightning that wiped both of our Healers in one shot. We came back a second time, however, and wiped the floor with Emalon. Before this I had only ever attempted to kill Emalon in VOA-25 with pure pugs, as a Boomkin, and never succeeded due to Tanking or Healing issues. It’s very satisfying to kill him with a bunch of Circle of Tyranny in the raid with me. I was very happy with my own performance, too, because the OT was needing a lot of healing done to him the whole time and I mitigated like crazy so Healers didn’t have to heal me so much and could focus more on him. It worked out perfectly!

Emalon the Stone Watcher

After much consideration on what I wanted to do with N-Welsh Designs I decided to just simply turn it into a blog about myself. Therefore, I decided to install WordPress, along with the Inanis Glass theme and some nice Plugins. You will probably see me tinkering around with the looks of this website a bit over the next week or so, but I’ll eventually get it looking how I want it to look so bare with me.

What will I be blogging about you ask? Well, I’ll be blogging about almost anything that pops into my unique mind, but my main focus will be to blog about my favorite hobbies. My favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, gaming, wildlife photography, web design, and graphic design. You probably won’t see many posts about the latter two just simply because I respect my customers’ privacy, so unless they don’t mind me discussing it in my blog it probably won’t end up written about in here.

I guess I better throw out a fair warning to all that may be lurking and reading this blog. I am into hunting big time. I have a lot of respect for nature, but at the same time I enjoy getting out in the woods and challenging myself to harvest animals in which I can enjoy eating. So, if you’re the tree-hugging hippy type that gets upset over people hunting animals and eating them then please turn around right now and exit this website, as you may become offended by pictures that I will be posting up of my hunting kills. Plain and simple you were warned, so please don’t come here and comment on my hunting posts complaining about how hunting is murder and the poor little animals or you’ll find your IP range banned rather quickly from my whole domain!

Now back on subject, as far as other content you may find me posting about you probably will see a bunch of posts about World of Warcraft. What is World of Warcraft you ask? It’s not only the best MMORPG game on the internet, but a totally awesome game that I’m addicted to playing! So, you may see a lot of posts about this subject often as this is probably one of my hobbies, besides hunting, that I focus on and do quite often. I highly recommend if you haven’t tried the game and are into MMORPG games to download the trial and play it. I currently play on the US server of Vashj on the Horde faction side. Feel free to add my main character Ithilim, a Tauren Druid, and message me sometime letting me know you visited my website.
